Prepare a firm dough with the flour and the extra virgin olive oiland add some water, roll out the dough and cut discs from the sheet. Put the nuts, the honey and the cinnamon in a saucepan and let them caramelize. Then, put the caramelized nuts on the dough discs and close them in crescents. Fry the patties and sprinkle with the molasses.
