Cut the chicken in small portions and lay it in a pot which you have already poured the olive oil. Cut the peppers, the onions and the garlic cloves in thin pieces. Throw the Kalamata pitted olives over the chicken, together with all the other ingredients. Add the tomatoes, the wine and bake in the oven for about 1,5 hour, until it absorbs the liquids.
